My luggage is lost, what should I do?

First of all, we recommend that you always label your luggage with your name and address. When you check in your luggage, you will usually receive your luggage paper etiquettes attached to your travel document or boarding card. With these you should immediately then, in case of lost luggage, report your loss at the "Lost and Found" counter, where you also indicate what was inside. Usually within 48 hours your luggage will be found and delivered to your desired address free of charge. If your luggage is not found, a detailed list of the contents will be requested and you will be compensated.
