Your ticket confirmation will always be sent to you via email. If you wish, our customer service representatives can make changes or cancel your tickets. In such cases, a processing fee of 25 euros is required through martiGO. The processing fee you pay is entirely separate from the invoice your airline will issue for the requested changes.

Reservations can also be made over the phone for a fee of 15 euros per person and ticket.
