All passengers under the age of two are considered babies and travel in the same seat as their parents. Baby tickets cost 10% of the price of adult tickets. If a passenger uses a round-trip ticket as a baby when he reaches 2 years, the return ticket must be booked as a child.
A children's ticket must be purchased for passengers between the ages of 2 and 12. If a child reaches 12 years before the return flight, the return ticket must be booked for the adult passenger.
Another important point is that children are forbidden to travel alone, unaccompanied. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Check if your airline offers an escort service for children traveling alone before buying the ticket.
